This album is inspired by my experiences in India studying yoga, music, and culture. My travels there greatly influenced my perspectives on what it means to be a musician and how I can be myself and make music.

These pieces are a reflection of the focused state of mind that I was able to discover and develop as a result of working with amazing people during my stay. I hope this album helps you find and explore that place.

I'll be traveling around performing this music for events with meditation and yoga, hope to see you at a workshop or class!
